You CAN'T nominate your site in the categories where you've won an award last season. 04. You MUST put up a code on your site, either before or right after submitting. 05. You can submit as many sites as you want, but only one at the time. 06. Even if you have more than one site, you may only nominate yourself once in the Best Webmaster/Webmistress catergory 07. When a category has 15 nominees, it's full and I won't accept more nominees in that category. 08. No MSN/Yahoo groups or forums. 09. No porn/abuse/racism sites. 10.
